Joe purchased Springstone Farm in May 2012. He started a local-honey and egg business and began rescuing neglected animals. Before retiring in 2016, Joe managed international technology projects for disaster-affected and poor communities. He ran projects in Central Africa Republic, Ghana, Haiti, Jamaica, Kenya, Liberia, Pakistan, Sierra Leone, and South Africa. In 2022, days after the Russian invasion, Joe rejoined his NGO and UN collegues to support the Ukraine Crisis Response. |
