Technology Consulting
From 2004 to 2016, Joe led and managed technology initiatives supporting disaster-affected and marginalized communities across the Central Africa Republic, Haiti, Ghana, Kenya (Dadaab), Liberia, Pakistan, Sierra Leone, and South Africa. In 2022, just days after the Russian invasion of Ukraine, he rejoined colleagues from NGOs and the UN to help lead the Ukraine PCC Crisis Response. In 2023, Joe expanded his work to support technology driven projects in Kenya, Uganda, Morocco and Puerto Rico. More: ​Technology Consulting

Rescue, Conservation, Honey & Eggs
Joe purchased Springstone Farm in May 2012 and started a local honey and egg business. He also began to rescue and provide sanctuary, rehabilitation and forever homes for neglected and unwanted animals. We host local, national and international volunteers.
